     A: We are trading company with our own holding factories in Guangdong.

2. Q: What products do you mainly supply?

     A: We mainly manufacture Resistance loop bands, Resistance hand bands,Resistance bands and                         Animal Masks for masquerade party made by 100% natural latex. 

3. Q: What is your MOQ?

     A: For item in stock,300 SETS is ok, for customized order,depending on different items.

4. Q: Can you provide a free sample?

     A: The sample is free,but freight will be on your side; for customized sample,we will charge the die fee.

5. Q: What is your delivery time?

     A: Generally 1-2 days for stock, 15-25days for customized order after payment. It depend on QTY & ITEM.

6. Q: What is your order process?

     A: Firstly ask me your requirements or application.Secondly we will give you product quote as for your order         quantity.Thirdly customer comfirmed sample and pay deposit. Finally we will arrange mass production.

7. Q: What is the payment term?

     A: Payment by Western union & Paypal & T/T 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance by                         bulk order before shipment.
