Q1: What is the MOQ?

A: Basically speaking, our MOQ is 1000pcs per design since our raw material suppliers require us the MOQ, but we can reduce the quantity to 500pcs if there is existing fabric on the open market, also our MOQ will depends on the size of toys, say mini toy like 6-10cm H or L, the MOQ is higher than the normal sizes like 20-40cm, and for sizes of more than 50CM, the MOQ even can be 100-200pcs.

Q2: How to decide the size of toys then get your quotations?

A: You can just advise us its height or length, then send us the photos of toys you like, also advise us the buget order of quantity, then we can get the pricing for you to check quickly.

Q3: Do you accept customized products?

A: Yes, we have strong development team to make your designs into actual products, we will sign a confidential contract with you to protect your own designs. Also you can take our existing items with your logo on.

Q4: How to ship the goods?

A: Usually we will ship your goods by sea, however, we prefer to ship by express door to door if the total CBMs is too small since the FOB handling charge will be even much higher if by sea in this case.

Q5: How can make sure the delivery on time?

A: Usually our deliveries are always on time. We will check for you all the material ready before you place orders, then advise you the basic delivery time and discuss. We will inform in advance and discuss if there were any change after we confirm this time. If you can not accept the changes and we delay the shipment, we will change the delivery term by air and bear for the freight for you without any excuse.

Q6: What is the warranty?

A: We usually will produce spare items for you shipped together with goods within the order in case there are still faulty goods after your inspection.
