* Packing: 1 pc/OPP bag, cartoon size 60*60*45cm.

* Shipping Method: EMS/DHL/Fedex/UPS/by sea.

* Payment Term: T/T, Western Union.

*Sample Return:  Before bulk production, we would take photos for your confirmation or send you a pre-production sample for quality and design checking, but you have to pay for all the production cost and shipping cost by yourself. If you are Not Satisfied with the sample, you can return it or we make another one for you free. However, the precondition is that the delivery cost should bear by you.

*Small order: If you find any quality problem for our products, you could send it back or we can make another one for you freely, but you have to pay for the delivery cost.

*Bulk order: If appear serious quality problem(non hand-made), please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Meanwhile, please take and send us the pictures for our investigation, if the fault was caused by us, we will responsible for them and come up with reasonable solutions and suggestions.

Q1. What is the mininum order?

-----No MOQ Limit. If you just would like one piece, we could aslo make for you.

      (Please keep in mind, the more you buy, the lower the price.)

Q2. Do you accept customer design?

-----Yes. Just directly send us your design(jpg., ai.,cdr.,PDF) for price checking.

       Meanwhile, please specify, e.g. Qty, relevant technology, other request.

Q3. I like your company design, if make some change on the your design.

----- Doen't matter, we are appreciated that you like our design.

        And if needed, tell me about the details, we could ask our designer to make for you.

Q4. Is it possible to send me a sample of your product?

-----We can send the sample to you, but you need to pay the sample fees and postage.

Q5. How much is the sample? How long will it take?

-----Sample making fee is USD 50/piece, delivery time usually take 7-10 business days.

(As an exception, if the buyer have paid 50% of the order value as a deposit, then we won't charge the sample fees, but the buyer should bear the freight cost.)
