Question 1. What are the differences between inflatable stitching items and heat sealed items?

Answer: Inflatable stitching items need constant blowing comparing with sealed items, which are using heat sealing technology

and only need one blow up.

Question 2. Can I have custom design with needed company logo or wording?

Answer: Yes, you can. We collect a team of professional designers and are able to design as requested. Of course, we always

confirm the design before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.

Question 3. How to blow up? What can I do when the item is not in use?

Answer: We can show you how to blow up and pack it when not in use.(pictures and videos are available.)

Question 4. What kind of payment do you accept?

Answer: We prefer T/T, West Union, Paypal and other payment terms.

Question 5. How long will it take to produce?

Answer: It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit (30% of the total value).

After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 7-10days,based on the type and quantity

of the product you order.

Question 6. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?

Answer: We are a manufacturer with more than 8 years experience. Also, we have CE, UL,SGS,EN71 and other certificates.

Question 7. Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?

Answer: Yes, each item is equiped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system in your country) and repair kits

and glue.

Question 8. Can I check the item before delivery?

Answer: Yes, once the production finished, we will send you the pictures. Or you can come and make a check.
