1) Do you offer samples?

     Yes,but it needs to be charged,we will refund the sample charges when  your quantities meet our requirement.

2) What are your Terms of international trade?

     EX-WORK, CIF,FOB PRICE 

3) What is the Loading Port?

    Shan Tou, Shen Zhen.

4) What is your Shipping Method?

     By express, by air, by sea.

5) What is your MOQ?

     For our standard product, the MOQ is at least 5 cartons. For customized requirements, we have different MOQ based on your     special requirement.

6) Can you do OEM/ODM items?

     Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service.

7) What is your Payment term?

     T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow.

8) If I never use this kind of product, how can I operate it?

    There is English Manual which will teach you how to use it. 

9) Do you offer packaging as well as manuals in other languages?

     Normally we will provide English packaging as well as English manual, if you meet our MOQ requirement; we can help you to make them in other language.

10) Do you have any quality certification? 

       Yes, our factory has passed ISO9001. Most of our products passed the standards of CE, EN71, ROHS, ASTM, FCC.
