About the samples fee

1. Why do you charge samples fee?
We need to purchase materials for your customized designs and pay for the printing or embroidery & labor cost of  our designers. We will proceed with the samples upon receipt of your payment and modify until you say “ok, it is perfect”.

2. How much is the samples fee?
100 USD or  up to your samples. If  it is complex with  exquisite embroideries or printings, the sample fee will be higher.

3. What is the samples time?
It is 3-7 working days according to the different samples.

4. How about the sample freight?
If you have an international courier account, the freight is collect by your side. If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.

5. If  I am not satisfied with the samples, can you modify it ?
Yes, until that you say “yes, it is ok”.
