How to use:

1. Put the un-blowed products on the ground, contact the air pump to it; with once time inflate or filled with helium.

2. Firmly fixed the product with rings to heavy objects;

3. Connect the power to air blower, turn on it;

4. Wait for 5 minutes, then the products will be ready.

Q: What accessories come with the inflatables?

A: We will send you an electric pump( one or more if needed), repair kit bag(including the same color material and glue), ropes, carry bags

Q: Can we change the size and color based on the original ?

A: The size and color can be changed according to your requirement. Please contact us to get more information about the changed inflatables.

Q: How long does it take until I get it?

A: Normally, if the product is in stock you will recive it within a week, how ever if it requires special artwork it may take upto two weeks, please call us if you have an early deadline

Q: What is your order procedure?

A: First, Choose your favorite items and confirm the order, then we will send you the order confirmation. You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail or fax.

Second, you can go to your bank and do the wire transfer for your order. After you have transfered the money, please send us the bank bill for our confirmation. When we receive your money, we will begin to make products for you. Once we finish your order, we will take some digital pictures and send them to you to check the items. If you are satisfied with it, we will arrange the delivery for you.
