After-sale Service

Owing to the property of materials used and instability of transportation, breakage may happen to our products on the way they are being delivered and this is normal. So please do not worry if you find broken items and you should do the following things:

1.Check if the outer boxes are broken or not before you sign(if our goods are delivered by Express Company) and give feedback to the Express Company if outter boxes are damaged and claim for compensation because this is the responsibility of the Express Company.

2.If outer boxes are not damaged and you found broken items after unpacking, please place all the broken items together and take pictures and show us, we will make compensation accordingly either returning money or replace these broken with good products.

3.If you find defects of our products during usage, please kindly tell us. We may not be able to fix them this time but we will do our best to make our products better next time.

1.What if I do not like this design?

No worries. We have plenty of other designs for you to choose from. Or you can show us your favorite design and have it customized here.

2.How long to make a custom design sample?

Usually will take 12 to 20 days. It depends. 

3.How long for mass production after sample confirmed?

Regularly will take around 25 days. Depends on the quantity.

4.Are you a manfacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer and our factory is in Huizhou City, but we have our own marketing team. So our price can be very reasonable because there is no intermediate links.

5.I want to pay a visit to yoru factory but I am new to China and kind of worried.

Welcome to China! Our office is located in Shenzhen City with an international airport and near to Hong Kong too. Besides, we Chinese are warm-hearted. So no worries. Prepare necessities and come.

6.Can you make very realistic/lifelike designs?

Yes, we can because we have skillful handicraft masters with more than 14-year experience. No problem for us to create any style designs, cartoon or lifelike, abstract or concrete. We will just need some 2D pictures for reference. 3D data files will also be welcomed.

7.How about customers' Confidentiality and Non-disclosure?

This is one of our company's principle that we won't share any related designs/products information from customers to any third parties. We won't do any action to customers' designs/products without customers' permission.

8.What's the payment terms and how to pay?

T/T 50% before producing, T/T another 50% before shipping. You can pay by wire-transfer/Western Union etc.

9.How to ship?

By Express(Air) By Train or By Sea, we will help to check the most competitive shipping freight for customers. Customers can also arrange their own shipping company to pick up the products from our factory.
