Q: Are you a plush toys manufacturer or a trade company ?

A: We are a manufacturer with the history of 14 years and have more than 800 employees by now.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: 1) Normally, the MOQ is 1000 PCS of standard size.

2) For some special cases, the MOQ is negotiable.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: by T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment or the copy of B/L.

Q: How much is the sample fee ?

A: 1) For our new customers, the sample cost is $70 per design. it will be refunded when the order quantity is over 3000 pcs/style.

2) For our long-term relationship clients, the sample cost can be negotiable.

Q: What is your Sample and Mass production lead time?

A: 1) Sample time: 5 ~ 7 working days;

2) Mass production time: Generally, 30-45 days according to the order quantity and complexity.

Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?

A: Each plush toy will be packed in a individual poly bag, then will be put into the carton with certain quantity, the carton size will depend on customers' requirments, or with our recommended of reasonable size.

Q: Which kinds of audits have you got ?

A: We have got the ICIT, ISO and GSV audits.
