Q:Are you a manufacturer or a trade company ? 
A:  We are a professional manufacturer for all kinds of plush toys & rag doll & pilliow & cushion & slipper & cartoon characters, located in Dongguan city of China.

Q:Is your product in a good quality?

A:  We have over 10 years experiences in soft toys manufacture, all our materials are eco-friendly and top quality with CE, EN71, ASTM, SGS, CCPSA, AZO free, etc approved. Our QC team will recheck the finished product one by one to make sure the good quality.

Q:What is your minimum order quantity? 

A:  1) Generally our MOQ is 3000pcs each style. If do requirements, we can accept 1000pcs each.(even 500pcs/style, but which the U/P will be higher.)

     2) For some of special cases, the MOQ can be negotiable.

Q:The price is high, can I get a discount?

A:  We will try our best to meet your target price, but the final discount will have to depend on the total quantity you purchased.

Q:What is your payment terms?

A:  1) By T/T, 30% in advance as deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.
     2) For some huge order, we can negotiate the terms, which will be good for both of us.

Q:How can I get the sample? How much is the samples fee? 

A:  1) For new customer, the sample fee is $100 per design,  but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher. 
     2) For long-term regular clients, the sample is $80 per design(Or we will negotiate this according to the complexity of product.)

Q:Why do you charge samples fee? May I have free sample? How can refund the sample fee?

A: 1) We seldom provide free sample, as we need buy the materials for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designer's salary. Once you pay the sample fee, this means we have a contract between us, we will take responsibility for your samples till you say “Okay, it's fine! it's perfect!!!”. 

    2) When your value of trade reached at 100K USD yearly, you will be our VIP customer, then your samples can be free, furthermore the sample time will be shorter than normal.

    3) All your samples cost will be refunded when the order quantity reached 5K pcs each design.

Q:What is your sample & mass production lead time? How about urgent order?

A:  1) Sample time: 5 ~ 7 working days
     2) Production time:  abt. 30-45 days according to the order quantity and complexity.

     3) Your urgent order is acceptable, 10-30 days is ok. But you may pay more money.

Q:What is your standard packaging?

A:  Each item is individually packed in OPP/PE bag, and then put into the carton. The carton size will depend on customers' requests, or based on the most reasonable dimension.
