1	Q: Why do you charge samples fee? A: We need to order the material for your customized designs, and pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Most importantly sample fee is REFUNDABLE!
2	Q: How much is the samples fee? A: Usually it is 50~100 USD per style, it is according to the size and if there are many complex technologies, the sample fee may be a little higher. *Anyway, the sample fee will refunded to you if the production order qty is more than 3000pcs.*
4	Q: What is the samples time? A: Usually 5-7 days according to the different samples. *Usually, we will provide you multi-angle pictures of the trial sample first within 3 days and after get your modification suggestions, our designer will begin to do the final samples within 5 days*
5	Q: How about the sample freight? A: Usually with clients' freight collect account (DHL/EMS/TNT etc); If not, the freight shall be paid to us with the sample fee
6	Q: If I don’t like the sample when I receive it, can you modify it for me? A: Yes, until you say “yes, it is ok”.
