Q: Can I get a sample before placing purchase order? How does that work?
A: Yes, we offer samples for most products. Just provide your address and we will quote shipping and sample cost for you. We will then ship the sample and you should receive it within seven business day (depends on your address). Usually sample fee is refundable if you decide to place the order later.

Q: Is the material eco-friendly?
A: Yes, all products are made and printed with eco-friendly materials. 

Q: How long is lead time?
A: It usually takes 40 days for factory to manufacture the product; however, lead time varies depending on quantity of order and time of purchasing.

Q: What kind of test do you have? What if I need special test?
A: We currently have EN15649, and EN71. If you have special test requirements, send us Email and we will arrange the test.

Q: What if I want to order fewer than minimum order quantity?
A: It is workable if an item is in stock, otherwise you will have to order more. Contact us and we will help you to work out.

Q: Can I ask for modification?
A: Yes, you are free to choose different color, logo, and size for most products. Send us email and we are happy to help.
