How to order?

1. Choose your favorite items on our website and give us items number.You can also give us pictures or designs of the items you need..

2. We will send quotation for your confirmation. After everything is confirmed,we will send proforma invoice for your confirmation.

3. You transfer deposit payment for your order,and send us the bank receipt for our confirmation.

4. After received your deposit,we will release your order to our factory for production.

5. Once the products are done, we will send the complete photos for your confirmation.

6. After you confirmed the photos are okay,you are required to arrange balance to us and arrange shipment with your forwarder.Absolutely,We can also arrange shipment on your request.

How about the payment term?

We accept the payment method like TT, Cash, Western Union,and trade insurance.

Normally,deposit 30% - 50% before production and balance to be paid before shipment.

1. What about Delivery?

Shipping methods: Ship by sea, by air, by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX),and freight charges can be prepaid or collected.

2. How long is the delivery?

By courier / by air: about 3~5 working days after goods on plane.

By sea: depending on the destination port.

3.After sales service

The warranty of the inflatables is 3 years.In case of the inflatables got damaged,we will send you repair kits or do some compensation for you.
