-Normally, for small quantity(less than 100kg), the best shipping way is by express, and for more than 100kg, the best shipping way is by air, usually it will takes about 4-7 working days by express or by air.

-For large quantity, if the order is not urgent and the volume is more than 1cbm, you can choose the shipping way by sea, normally, it is more cheaper, the shipping time will depends on the destination port.

A: Yes, sample first to test the quality will be no problem.

Q: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it get damaged?

A: All our products are strictly tested from the material incoming to shipment and the quality are reliable. However, for oversea orders, as it’s not convenient to return the damaged products, we provide free repairing kit for customers’ repairing purpose. Normally, the repairing work is very easy.

Q: What will be included in package?

A: It is included inflatable games, blower or pump, kit bag (including the same colors material, glue), ground sheet.

Q: Your blowers and pumps meet CE /UL requirements? 

A: Our blowers and pumps have passed the certificate of CE /UL.

Q: What’s the lead time?

A: The lead time depends on the quantity and the time that you place the order. Usually, for 1-3 items, they can be finished within 5-15 working days.

Q: How to place an order?

A: 1. Choose your favorite items on our website and give us the items number. You can also give us pictures or links of the items you want.
    2. We send you quotation for confirmation. After everything confirmed, we will send you proforma invoice for confirmation.
    3. You transfer deposit payment for your order, and send us the bank bill for our confirmation. 
    4. After received your deposit, we will release your order to factory for production.
    5. Once the goods finished, we will email you pictures for confirmation.
    6. After you confirm the pictures, you can arrange balance to us and arrange shipment with your forwarder. We can also arrange shipment for you on request.

Q: What are the payment terms between in-stock products and custom products?
A: Please note that except in-stock products, all of Sunway's products are order to make products and are subject to a 30% - 50% deposit before production, balance payment before products delivery after the products are finished. As for in-stock products, customers will have to pay in full before delivery.
