Automatic Feather and Down washing Machine WS2000:

 

The machine integrates  waching and dehydrating and it is the most advanced  feathers washing equipment.

 

Advantages:

 

1.  Automatic PLC Controlled. Control mode is the PLC+ touch screen, both automatic/manual are effective.
 
2. High working efficiency 80-150KG of feathers can be washed at one time and 5-7 times per shift (8 hfs)
 
3. Washing without stirring.The friction and collsion of machinery to eider down are reduced so that the damage ratio of eider down  is greatly reduced.
 
4. Rotating drums and outer tubes are all made of stainless steel and are acid-alkali resistant and stainless so that the washing quality is significantly promoted.
 
5. Low water consumption.The water consumption can be reduced by 1/3 of that of the conventional feathers washing machine.
