Q1: Are all the products list on the website has stocks?
A1: Only some best sold products have stocks in warehouse, cause we need to sell the old designs to make room for the new and popular ones, so that’s to say, we may need sample-making part if u need some specific products while we don’t have in stock 

Q2: Can we get sample for check and reference?

A2:We can provide free samples  with little pieces(big enough for weight and normal and simple physical check), cause we get sample books through these year. During the sample-making part, it may takes10-30days,which differs from the products u want, and it will cost 300-450USD(not includes the sample itself, u need pay under the unit price for the sample). The sample making fees can sent back to you if the bulk order is determinate, or u can offset it as part of your payment for goods.  We only negotiate the sample delivery fees with regular customer.

Q3: How can you guarantee your product quality?

A3: We can guarantee that all our products are under the standard tolerance, and we do suggest that if you are not in a hurry, u should check the sample we sent to you. If u feel it’s okay need some regular tests for bulk order,it’s okay for us.

Q4: What is the MOQ and delivery time?
A4: Worsted fabric : in the limit of 8000meters, it will cost 60-75days(not working days).

Hat/Cap fabric : not beyond 500meters, it will cost 30-40 days.

If the daily temperature is too high and to slow, it will cost much more. We will take it into consideration before we finally confirm the order. Hope u can understand it. We need to guarantee the health of our staff. If u need different colors, to avoid further and potential dispute,please tell me the exact Pantone color number for our reference. We get some similar incident before, so we need to make it clear to guarantee both our benefits.
