 antistatic brushes:

 

· The ESD brush is good for removing dust and foreign particles from electrostatic sensitive products or work surfaces. The soft bristle will not introduce damages category.

· It has various shapes and sizes for different uses. It can remove dirt on PCB or other sensitive components.

 

ESD Brushes help to:

· Remove dirt from PCB or other sensitive components, and discharge static electricity to the ground.

· Brushes minimize static charge generation and dissipate ESD charges to ground when held by grounded personnel.

· Dissipative polypropylene black handles are able to remove charges to ground.

· Resistance of conductive fibers: 103 - 104 Ω

· Resistance of dissipative handle: 105 - 108 Ω

Firm bristles are mainly for electronics, especially circuit boards. Very soft brushes can be used for optics etc.
