We distribute cleanroom vacuum cleaner for semiconductor, microelectronics, LCD, biology and pharmaceutical industries, they are mounted with HEPA or ULPA filters which can retain 99.97% particles at 0.3um, they are light, easy to operate or move, replaceable filter and durable.

1) Class 1 cleanroom: add GORE-TEX filter fabric (anti-acid, anti-alkali and high temperature powder), ULPA filter.

2) Class 10 cleanroom: add ULPA filter (0.12um to 99.9995%)

3) Class 100 cleanroom: add ULPA filter (0.3um to 99.97%)

4) Class 100000 cleanroom: add powder filter (0.6um to 99.5%), reduce the cost of ULPA or HEPA filter.
