Based on different requirement from different customers, our company supply three types of fire extinguisher filling and assembling line. 

First one is automatic powder filling machine+valve screwing machine+nitrogen filling for pressurizing. This line need 3 workers and its capacity is 130pcs/hour (take 4kg for example). For powder filling machine, we have two types. One is automatic, controlled by PLC and another one is manual type. The machine picture is as following. 

Second one is semi-automatic powder filling and assembling line. Its capacity is high, can be 360pcs/hour (take 4kg for example). It can largely  improve user's production capacity. And it is suitable for 1kg to 12 fire extinguisher. Untill now, this line is exported to many countries, such as India, UAE, Saudi, Argentian, Turkey and Russia. The machine picture is as following.

Third one is full automatic fire extinguisher filling and assembling line. It is invented by our company, adopting high precision sensor and programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for control, assuring big capacity and precision productionOur automatic line adopts advanced mechanical technology and Germany or American machine components, assuring long period of using life. The running of all the work stations and the cooperate between work stations is driven by air pressure. The product line adopts the advanced technology of optics, engine, electricity and air, achieving the high automatic feature.

Our automatic line includes powder tank station, fast filling station, precision filling station, vibration station, valve screwing station, overturn station, pressurizing station, water leak test station.
