1.Q: How long will it take to make one sample?

A:  If the design is from Nixiya company, which was mass produced before, it takes only 2 days to make a sample;  If the design is totally new either from Nixiya, or a design from you (the buyer), which needs to be customized, it usually takes 7-10 days to make a sample. 

2.Q: Which payment ways are available?

A: T/T, western union, Paypal,L/C

3 .Q: What is your MOQ ?

A:  Our MOQ is 100pcs/color/design. The larger the quantity, the lower the average labor cost for the final products. 

4. Q:What's the packing way?

A:  Standard exporting packing.  1pc/polybag;  

Our standard carton sizes are 30*35*50cm, 30*40*50cm;

Usually summer dresses could contain 50pcs/carton;  Autumn&winter jacket/sweater: 30pcs/carton; 

Summer sleeveless shirts: 100pcs/carton.   Jeans: 60pcs/carton. 

If you have any special requirement in packing, please let us know. We could pack as per your request.

5.Q: What is the delivery time for bulk production orders?

A: Normally the process time takes 15-35 days depends on the order quantity . Sea shippment: about 1 month

6. Q: Quality control and after sales service?

A: We have professional experienced quality control team to inspect the quality of the fabrics, to make sure the quality and color are as good as the confirmed samples. During the production, the QC team check every step to make sure the quality, after the final products ready, our QC team do 100% inspection for all the products before packing process, to make sure every clothes are in good quality. 

Also we usually make about 5%-10% more quantity than you ordered, so that if there is any quality problem caused during producing process, we still have good ones to replace.  However, if there is still any quality problems such as sizes wrong after you received the products, pls feedback within 7 days, and arrange to return the products, we could make new ones for you to replace.
