Hybrid Systems

The blades in the JS3000 mixing tank are arranged in a dispersed form. The concrete components can be fully mixed, and the mixture can be mixed quickly and evenly. Moreover, the three-dimensional mixing technology provides a strong mixing, which can effectively avoid the traditional mixer's journal pasting problem.

SHAFT Seal System

For a horizontal shaft concrete mixer, the mixer shaft is always in a highly corrosive concrete admixture. So if there is no reliable shaft end sealing device, JS3000 concrete mixer may be damaged in a short period of time, in severe cases will lead to mortar leakage, thus affecting the grading of concrete. Enamel JS3000 two-axis mixer adopts multi-layer production layer shaft end sealing system to avoid mortar leakage effectively.

Hydraulic Drive System

The exhaust valve controlled by the hydraulic drive system is more powerful than the traditional pneumatic drive system, which avoids the phenomenon that the door can not be opened because of the insufficient aerodynamic power, and the opening position of the exhaust valve may be detected and adjusted to realize the automatic control of the discharging speed.
