• How long does it take to ship an order?

• Can I ammend my order after it placed?

A:  Yes for samples. If the samples are ready, we are willing to make second samples to you.

No for mass production. If the sizes are confirmed before mass production, and we already start production.

• Can I cancel my order?

A:  You could cancel the order before payment is made. After payments received. It can't be cancelled.

• Can i add sleeves or suggest any other changes to the clothing?

A:  Yes you can suggest changes for your bespoke clothing. Simply contact us with the changes you would like before we making samples. Designer will change it to match you requirement. We will also inform you if the changes are cost effective or if the price will alter. If the price remains the same. 

• Is it safe if i place an order to you?

A:   We are at maintain high level of security to provide our customers with a safe ordering experience. Alibaba will punish supplier who cheat clients.Pls rest assured.

• Do you do wholesale? if so, how can i get a bulk wholesale quotation?

A:  Simply email us the model number along with the required quantity and sizes.We will provide you the wholesale quotation

• What can i do if i don't like your samples?

A:  We are willing to make second samples to you if the samples we made are not okay. You will only need to bear the shipping cost from us to your end.
