How do I receive my products?
We make our consignment to your appointed address without delay by DHL or UPS FedEx and so on . 

And we may deliver big orders by sea if your order is not urgent. 

We can deliver products by your request as well. 

How to pay?
1.Usually you should pay 30% deposit before production ,the balance paid before shipping.

2.For the small order , you need to pay the whole payment before production.  

Will you save my mould for future orders?
Yes. . Once we create your mold, you can use it as many times as you like at no cost for future orders. 

As long as you keep the same design there is never any new molding fees.

How many colors can I choose?
All silicone products can be made into any color you like.You can choose the colors from Pantone Color Chart.
