Operation regulation of portable concrete mixer

1  The empty machine should be run before mixing. 

2  Adjust time relay according to the mixing time, pay attention to the adjustment when the interruption of power supply. 

3  Wet mixing drum and blade and site. 

4  If the electrical or mechanical failure occurs, some mixture should be removed to lighten the load, and then run again after troubleshooting.

5  When operation and use, personel should regularly check the working condition to prevent electric shock and mechanical wounding and other safety incidents. 

6  After the test, turn off the power supply, clean the mixing drum and the field, clean the sanitation.
