1.The dress could be finished in 10-20days.

During the special holiday like Chinese Festival Holiday, National Holiday, the shipping time will a little longer.

2,The Shipping time is based on shipping method. It will take 3 or 5 working
days around for UPS, DHL, FedEx, 7-15 working days for EMS, TNT.

A. The dresses does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat (show on the pictures).

B. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

3.We just accept returns on standard sizes wedding dresses in orginal condition with brand ( no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).

4. Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day.

5. For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.

6. For returns, a 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

5. Plus size dresses available ?
-----We make standard size 0 -14W , plus size can be standard or custom made , but need extra cost 15USD -50USD for different designs

6. Rush order accept ?
-----For rush order , takes 3-7 days for different designs , need extra cost 20-50USD , need to confirm with sales service before place order

7. Deposit for payment accept ?
-----for small amount payment need full payment before production , 30% -- 70% deposit for large amount orders , please contact service to see details
