TPE is a kind of rubber with elasticity, high strength, high resilience, but also has the characteristics of injection molding materials. Environmental protection, non-toxic security, wide range of applications, excellent coloring, soft touch, weather ability, fatigue and temperature reistance, superior processing performance, no vulcanization, can be recycled to reduce costs, both secondary injection molding. And PP,PE,PC,PS,ABS and other substrate coating adhesion, can also be a separate molding.

TPEE is a blocking copolymer containing polyester hard segements and polyether soft segments. Wherein the polyether soft segment and the non-crystallized polyester form an amorphous phase. The hard segment of the polyester crystallized to form a crystalline micromain, functioning as a physical crosslinking point.

TPEE has the elasticity, making il like rubber, the hard segment gives it processability, making it like plastic; it has better processabiltiy and longer properties than rubber life; compared with the engineering materials, also has the characteristics of high strength, and flexibility and dynamic mechanical properties better.
