Maintenance: 

1 Do not use general detergent or soda to clean pearls as they damage the surface.
2 Only use jewelry cleaners labeled as safe for pearls then use clear water and soft cloth to sip up.
3 Do not wear pearls when their string is wet. Wet strings stretch and attract dirt, which is hard to remove.
4 Keep pearls away from acid, grease and cosmetics, as these substances will damage the pearl surface.
5 Pearls never should be placed in a dressing case. Store them in a soft cloth jewelry pouch.
6 Pearls should be stored away from other hard objects or jewelry that may scratch the pearls’ surface.
7 Pearls could not be placed in high temperature and under sun exposure for fear of the pallid surface.
