It varies with quantity greatly, also subject to logo embrodery/print /embellishment cost, so it is appreciated if logo artwork to sbe supplied before exact pricing.

FOB/EXW/CNF/CIF pricing all available.

Sampling price: if stock fabric used and not print/(de)emboss mould involved, USD50 charge at freight collect, USD100 at freight prepaid; Sample free of charge usually for regular customer.

Reg. Time?

Sampling: 4~6 days usually for basic style and stock fabric. For special color, fabric or complicated style, it takes a few days more. 

Mass production at different quantity: 20~35 days upon sample approval and deposit receipt if stock fabric used.  35-45 days for special dye fabric.

If there is any rush/urgent shipment, we would appreciate that customer advises us as early as possible before formal order.  We will try all our best to push an earlier production time for you.

How much will it cost for customs clearance and insurance? 

We are actually unfamiliar with the cost for custom clearance, insurance or any other costs that might be involved at your local.  Kindly please contact your local shipping agency for more details.

We are located at the East coast of US, what are the shipping options? 

It is subject to your budget & timing. Usually, several hundreds units by air, thousands by sea, or some by air urgently then the rest by sea.

Before delivery, kindly please advise us your current forwarder so that we can arrange the shipment to your destination either by air or sea.

What is your production capacity?

500,000 dozen annually.

How far is your factory away from Hong Kong?  How long does it take to get to your Shenzhen office & Dongguan factory?  Do visitors usually spend the night in Hong Kong or China?

It takes approx. 50 mins to travel from the terminus Kowloon Canton Rail to our Shenzhen office or 100 mins to Dongguan factory. 

Some of our customers do prefer to spend a night in China to avoid hassle of traveling early in the morning.  We would appreciate if you could spend a night in Shenzhen/Dongguan so that we could have more time to know each other. Once you think JEYA can be one of your vendors, we believe a visit to our company can help understanding between both of us and enhance a stronger relationship.

Where does your factory buy the raw material?  Does your fabric meet the international standard?

From China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Pakistan.  All of the fabrics are tested with Oeko-Tex approval.

10.

Does your factory only produce caps?  What other products do you make?

Besides different kinds of headwear, we also make accessories such as aprons, gloves, scarves, tote bags, blankets and T-shirts.  If you are interested in any of them, kindly please send us your sample for quotation and sampling.

If I have a rush samples, how can you help to speed up the process?

We will rush the samples upon your prompt confirmation of styles/colors/logo artwork/embellishment, and send you digital images before actual sample sent.  When you are satisfied, we would appreciate if you could provide us your courier account such as FedEx, DHL and UPS for prompt shipment.

What kind of files format you support if I send artwork through email?

We would be able to open most valid graphics files like *.jpg / *.bmp / *.gif / *.png / *.pdf / *.ai / *.cdr; however, *.pdf / *.ai

/ *.cdr; is necessary for exact print mould.

13.

What kind of files format you support if I send digitize tape for embroidery?

We would be able to open nearly all valid embroidery files like *.emb or *.dst.
