Question 1: How does it light up?
Answer:As the fiber optics are good with light conductivity, we make the fiber optic

Answer:Normally we make it lighting up for 30 seconds each time and then turn off
automatically. Also we can make it light up for a longer time if you need.

Question 3:What's the battery type?
Answer:Normally we use the cell button batteries(CR2032,
AG10,AG13) for small items such as the light up journal, greeting card, hat,photo frames.
Sometimes we use AA or AAA batteries for bigger items such as the wall art, the display
items.

Question 4:Can we change the batteries?
Answer:Yes, you can open the battery case and replace
the batteries.If you don't need to replace the batteries, we can also make the batteries
inside the items.

Question 5:Can you make samples based on our design or idea?
Answer:Yes, we can make the samples based on your design and idea. We can make the 3D
artwork based on your idea for your check and then we go on the samples.

Question 6:How long is your bulk production peroid?
Answer: Normally we can finish the bulk within 35 days after the PO confirmation.

Question 7:What's your payment terms?
Answer:We can accept the T/T, western union and Trade assurance

Question 8:What's your shipping port?
Answer:We can accept EXW and FOB terms. For the FOB, normally we can make it with FOB Shenzhen
port or Yantian port.
