We use coolmax 3D silica gel seamless cycling pads (chamois) or High-density foam chamios for your shorts.

Fully Sublimated Custom Cycling Shorts Construction:

(1)Fabric options:(A)80% polyester and 20% lycra(spandex).

(B)80% nylon (polyamide), 20% lycra(spandex).

(2) Chamois (pad) options:

(A) COOLMAX high density foam chamois, soft, flexible, breathable and comfortable.

(B) COOLGEL silicon gel chamois, perfect in reducing road vibration during long rides.

(3)Size: 2XS~4L or custom size.

(4)Stitching options:(a) standard stitching.

(b) flatlock stitching.

(5) Leg hem: with elastic, rubber gripper or silicon gripper.
