A technical leather puffa (puffer) jacket with outstanding insulation specifications and a detachable hood.
Specifically engineered to maintain core body temperature in freezing conditions, this quilted jacket combines high grade sheep aniline leather in black with chunky YKK components and technically advanced insulating materials.
The garment design features a YKK zip front which extends up into a high collar. Around the collar is a concealed zip used to attach the insulated leather hood. This itself fastens around the neck with two press studs for further protection from biting winds. The cuffs and hem of the jacket are areas which potentially allow body heat to escape so, on this leather puffa, they are gathered and elasticated to maintain form and shape. There are six external pockets on the body, four featuring chunky zip pulls that can be operated wearing gloves and two press stud patch pockets.
The body, sleeves and hood are themselves insulated using 120gm polyester foam which which produces a tog rating of 3.1 with minimal weight. The interior is satin lined with two further large pockets.
