3. Return & Exchange

All custom products are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or text so please make sure your order is correct and without errors.

4.  Cancellation

Once an order is received and staged for personalization there are no cancellations. All cancellations must be done in writing via email or fax and there is a restocking fee for the garments depends on the situation.

5.  Unlikely Event

In the unlikely event that a product is backordered and cannot be delivered on time we will contact you immediately via email. Due to dye lot variances, some shading differences may occur on occasion beyond our control.
