Our Woven Patches Model. Woven badges can be made in round / rectangle or custom shapes.

Woven Patches. 

These woven patches are made with weaving system used on custom labels. Woven patches comes into mind when embroidered patch is not a solution for tiny details in the artworks. They are much lighter and the detail they provide are much complex than standard embroidery patches. Woven patches can be produced either in round or rectangle shape as well as custom cuts with laser cutting is possible. Feel free to include woven patch designs within your clothing designs or if you need some plain woven patch to be made.

Edge Options

- Woven patches can be ordered in merrowed edge or knife cut (custom cut) edge finishes. (photo shown is a knife cut edge woven patch)

Backing Options:

* Clear (the patch must be stitched to an apparel)
* Iron On Backing (SBS) with a heat-activated adhesive backing to allow for both iron-on and sew on applications. Our embroidered patches with SBS backing, can be ironed on to any material, including t-shirts, polos, hoodies, canvas, cotton or denim.

Turnaround times: 

5 to 10 days (up to 5.000 pieces)
