Fur Features

There will be a little hair shed for new fur products, which is mainly caused by cutting and splicing during the processing. It is not a quality problem because any natural fur products all have this phenomenon.

Size

As a factory, we could make all customized size for you. 

Every countries size will be different, pls note us your size if possible incase of our size is small for you. 

Order

As a factory, we could make all the items on our web for you, 

mixed items orders are also welcomed. 

Preparation time

As a factory, we always make the items once have the order, the prepara-tion time will be around a week.

For bulk orders, pls contact with us before you place the order, we will inform you the exact delivery time based on our current production situa-tion. If in urgent, we will send in several lots for you.

Shipping

1. DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS, usually will take 2-7 days to reach most countries. EMS will 7-15 days. If you are not in a hurry, China Post is 

also accept, usually will take around 30 days. 

We also accept express with your supplied account.

2. To avoid the customs charges on your side, we will mark as rabbit fur with a low value for the shipping documents. If you have any special requirement, pls contact with us before shipment.

3. If the quantity is large, pls contact with us before make the payment, 

we will send you the items in a parcel, it will be cheaper and we will inform you the shipping freight per your exact order.

4. We only send to your given address, if you should change or revise 

the address after the goods has been sent out, the extra amending fee 

should be on you.

5. We are NOT responsible for delays due to carrier mishandling, 

customs delay, or any other circumstances beyond our control. But pls contact with us if this happen, we will try our best to help you.

Payment

1. We accept Western Union, Visa, T/T, ESCROW(Alipay), Paypal, 

L/C.

For small orders, total payment before the order. Bulk orders could 

accept 30% in advance, the balance before shipping.

Warranty &Return

1.Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund of your 

purchase price (do not include shipping fees). 

2.All items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. Customized items do not accept returning, pls pay attention to. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
