In HBtoy, the raw material are eco-friendly fiber and premium pp cotton, together with the craft of strong stitching thread, we guarantee all items are made safely.

Once all stuffing & stitching was finished, The toys will be sent to Metal-Testing Machine to see whether there is any small metal in side, after metal testing, then the toys will be packed with client’s request.

All items are produced strictly according to EN71; CE; CPSIA; ASTM F963; CCPSA; AUS

* The price on this page only for referance, the final price should based on the Q'ty & Size & Sketch.

Sample Policy of Customized Design

* Sample Time would be 3-5 working days for trial sample, each revision takes 4-96 hours.

* The sample could be revised no times limited within 6 months before mass order confirmed.

* Sample charge would be returned in Mass order Q'ty reaches 2000pcs.

* Sample could be shipped at your Express Account or by our forwarder.

* We accept PayPal & Western Union & T/T & Alibaba Trade Assurance for sample payment method.

Mass order of Customized Design

* The MOQ in HBtoy factory could be 200pcs or 100pcs for private design,

   But the most suitable q'ty should be 2000pcs for both production and delivery.

* Production time as below, it should be final confirmed by Huibers.

   For 1k - 3k pcs: 25-30 natural days;

   For 3k - 5k pcs: 35-40 natural days;

   For 5k - 10k pcs: 45-55 natural days;

   For more than 10k pcs, It should be final confirmed by Clients with Huibers.

* The fake item rate for OEM order would be controlled within 0.2%.

* HBtoy accept PayPal(for sample only), T/T & L/C & Alibaba Trade Assurance as payment method for new clients.

   O/A, D/A, D/P is acceptable for regular client.

Regular Compensave way in Delay of Mass order

* 7 - 15 natural days: 2% of total amount of the order

* 15 - 20 natural days: 4% of total amount of the order

* 20 - 30 natural days: 7% of total amount of the order

* More than 30 natural days: to be discussed by Client & Huibers.

Regular Compensave way in Fake Item rate of Mass order which q'ty more than 2000pcs

* 0.2% - 0.5%: re-produce it without charge and ship them with next order.

* 0.5% - 0.8%: Re-produce it without charge and ship them at 50% of shipment charge.

* 0.8% - 1.5%: Re-produce it without charge and ship them at 100% of shipment charge.

* More than 1.5%: to be discussed by Client & Huibers.

/* The color maybe slight difference between sample & mass order as the dyeing handcraft limited on fiber.
