Technology introduction

General fabric pretreatment (desizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, etc.), cloth is very bright and clean ,brushed technic use sand roller , to grinding out a short and thick layer in the surface of the fabric, which technic called brushing finishing.

 
There are a lot of types of brushing finishing, such as common brushed,  water brushed, carbon and water brushed etc.,brushing finish produce fluff effect in warp and weft direnction both in the same time, the fluff is short and thick.

During the brush finish production, the worker need to control the descend range of fabric strength. To judge the quality of brush finish is to see the dense and uniform degree of the fluff.

Brush finish not only gives new fabric style, and reduces the ground thermal conductivity of fluff fabric, And, it adds warmth and softness, its colour and lustre, soft feeling, fulness and good-looking.c
