>Make clay mold, 7 days or more (modifiable)

>Make wax mold (only can do some modification)

>Make copper mold, 7-10 days(can not be modified)

>Make production mold (can not be modified)

>Colored drawing or painting

>Rooted hair or wigs

>Assembling

>Installing eyes

1.Why don’t you sell in small amount production?which can diversify your customers?

Because we produce customized goods instead of wholesale merchant or retailing dolls from stock.There is a wholesale process of production,purchasing,producing line.It cost too much time and money.

2.What is the procedures for making a doll?

After received customer’s prototype,we will start to make sample.During this process,we have to make clay mold,wax mold, copper mold and produce mold.When finished the copper mold.We need need to mix the vinyl color.Next step is painting,install eyes,mohair and design doll clothes and body according to the doll’s size.Unit satisfactory and start to produce mass products.

 3.Is there any certication to export vinyl doll to some Europe county?I was wondering about the vinyl and which type of vinyl you use?

At present,our vinyl are environmental protection material,have the certification of Nox-toxic and unleaded.
