Packing:Most of our items are packed like this: 1 pc/opp bag, then 10pcs or 5 pcs in a bigger bag. We will choose the size of the carton by customers' s qty of the order. Becasue internaional express is charged by the size of the carton, sometimes we will compress the package to make it smaller. We will put goods in plastic bag before we compress it by machine. Please note only items made in soft material can be compressed.  

Shipping: We always send out our goods to customers by international express, such as dhl, fedex, ups, ems and so on.

If customer request air freight, boat freight, we can also help them. Shipping cost is different by different method . 

And we can also deliver goods to customers agent's warehouse in china. By this way, we just charge them the demestic shipping cost.

We do not only sell these items on our site which are in stock we also can produce special order for our customers. Once you need to produce a special item, please send us a real sample or send us a picture.

 We can offer sample to customer who want to confirm the quality. If customers want to hang their own tag on the hat, we can also help you.
