Such kind of products require high strength, high density, and low flaw rate in order to maintain high reliability of power supply system. We achieve high quality thanks to a complete set of manufacturing equipments, testing tools, and also a solid quality control system with a well trained working team. Densitometer, Spectral measuring instrument to check the ingot; Mould Strength Tester to make sure the sand mould at appropriate strength; X-ray tester to conduct NDT; and when the products are finally machining finished by CNC, we have Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to measure the important dimensions. Without such a complete set of equipments and tools, high quality is impossible.
