This series of PET washing and recycling machine is designed to wash the waste PET bottles, such as the mineral water bottles, Pepsi bottles, oil bottles, etc. The recycled PET flakes can be reused to produce the polyester staple fiber, PET strap band, granules, PET transparent film and sheets, etc. The top class PET bottle flakes can be reused to mould the PET bottles again. This recycling line is composed of garbage separation (automatic & manual), bottle & flake crushing, cold & hot washing & cleaning, flake dewatering & drying, dust & label  removal, packing, etc.  

It is mainly used in recycling PET bottles like pure water bottle, soft drink bottle, oil bottle and so on.    With complete PET bottle crushing and wahing line, clients can make dry,clean PET flake from wasted PET bottles.    The whole washing line could be "L" or "U" shape according clients' workshop.   It adopts hot water washing to get good quality. Various output capacities can be chosen: 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h and 2000kg/h...
