RFS Four-shaft Shredder is theheavy-duty crushing equipment specially designed to cope with the problem ofslipping and off-contact for large barrel or cuboids shaped material. Theinnovative multi-rotor layout produces high torque level as well as a pullingforce, which makes it more competent in shredding material such as large stripsof plastic and wood, thin sheet metal as well as shells of larger electricappliance.

Design

The cutting part of RFS Four-shaftShredder consists of four rotors; the lower two as main cutters perform majorshredding by rotating towards each other; the upper two as assistant cuttersperform pulling and follow-up shredding. Interactive cutting happens betweentwo blades as well as blades and stripping bars. The velocity differencebetween two rotors produces a force of tearing thus enhancing shreddingefficiency.
