Q: CAN I GET A SAMPLE TUBE?

A: Yes. Free samples are available with freight pre-paid. We use door-to-door shipping via UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DHL. Please contact us and provide your address with zipcode, we will quote you on the freight.

If you would like to have CUSTOMIZED samples with your logo printed on them, we can make them for you. You pay for the proofing cost and the air freight.

Q: HOW CAN I MAKE A TUBE DESIGN OF MY OWN?

A: Once you decide on the tube size, we would provide you with a template (in PDF file) that shows the dimensions of tube. You could have someone work on the graphic design using software such as Adobe Illustrator (R), and make the layout according to the dimensions. Finally, an AI file with all fonts converted to vector format is what we need for production.
