Fried corn curl is one of deep fried snacks, which is very popular in the world. The International representative brands are Cheetos, Kurkures and Nik Naks. Corn curl is made from corn grits by special extruder. Its shape is irregular stick, and its mouthfeel is crisp. After being flavored by different seasoners, corn curl is received different population and markets.

2.       Fried corn curl samples introduction

2.1   Raw materials: corn grits, sugar, salt, palm oil, cocoa powder, vitamins, minerals, food color etc.

2.2   Humidity: the moisture is no more than 10%.

2.3   Shapes: irregular stick.

2.4   Sizes: (1) diameter: 5-10mm(2) length: user-defined.

3.1.2          Our fried corn curl processing line’s is a special single screw extruder. There is only one screw inside the barrel, which is only used for transport, not for extrusion. The raw material of crews is 38CrMoAl (standard: GB/T 3077-1999). This material’s hardness and strength performance is excellent, which can bear high temperature and high pressure.
