Working principle:

MY series ultrasonic vibrating screen can transform the normal electrical power with 220V,50HZ or 110V,60HZ into the highf-requency electrical energy  with 18HZ,and  than puts it into the ultrasonic transducer,it will be turned into the mechanical vibration(18KHZ),which make the materials on screen surface always maintain suspension to achieve the purpose of screening and clearing efficiently,to make the screening of ultra-fine powder become an easy task.  This system uses a low amplitude, high frequency ultrasonic vibrating wave(mechanical wave)on the sieve mesh by the traditional vibrating sieve to improve the sieving abilities of superfine powder.
