Our proprietary intellectual property rightsof blade teeth coating which increase the weariness of blade.  The coating composed of Multicomponent alloy and cermet is processed by special technology. The coating increases the hot hardness by 800ºC,  solving the limit of teeth top due to lower hot hardness, easy stick to steel, teeth over weary, extra cutting resistance etc make the blade teeth crack easily. Such coating can make the saw blade cutting with lower resistance and decrease the blade teeth crack and increase the service life.
The evenness and stress adjustment is the key point of saw blade. Our engineer from Germany is responsible for this. He put on pre-stress to make saw blade wholly in the best rigidity condition, which increase the service life of saw blade.
The saw blade quenching machine developed by ourself under precise control and high power heating with steady electric current increase the temperature very quickly to avoid the grain too big making quenched teeth with high strength and high toughness and increasing the time before the blade becomes blunt.
Saw blade leveled and stress adjustment is by gradual and multiple adjustment technology to avoid saw blade stress recovered during usage.
