Printing on Aluminum

For a creative and unique look, print your photo or graphic on aluminum. Images reproduced on metal are vibrant and have an almost three dimensional depth to them. The image appears to changes as you move past the art, and light is reflected off the surface giving it a luminescent look. This is a wonderful medium for artists to present their work in a distinctive way, or for anyone who wants to preserve their photography permanently, like your happy wedding pictures. If you want to introduce your customer a modern and high tech look, consider artwork printed on aluminum.

AOJET UV printing solution will print your files directly onto aluminum up to 15cm in thickness, and up to a maximum size of 3m x 2m. Use a special UV curable ink which can penetrate into the aluminum surface, ensuring that the image is permanent and can’t be peel off. If you want just working on normal ink, our application team will suggest you to baked or coated your aluminum before print. The baked-on enamel surface act in the middle of ink and aluminum, can also achieve a desired output.

As some of the aluminum substrates are bend or uneven, AOJET heavy flatbed printers designed a very strong vacuum bed, can keep the aluminum flatten during printing.
