6 lines of JCOE Longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe production, diameter406.4-1422.4mm, thickness 6.4-60mm, length 8-12. 4meter,A25, X100, capacity400,000Metric Tons annually.

2 lines of HFW straight seam welded pipe production, by FFX, diameter 88.6- 508mm,thickness 3.4-15.9mm,X80,longitudinally high frequency welded pipe, capacity 200,000Metric Tons annually.

3 lines of diameter 720,1219,1524 elbow and anti corrosion production

Production tested by Pipe weld at the end of filming, parent material ultrasonic probe, ultrasonic tube end even hand, X ray inspection, pressure test, pressure of ultrasonic flaw detection and finished product inspection.

b) Drill pipes, Internal coating: API, E75- S135

Drill pipe: API standard, E75- S135,O.D.23/8-65/8 high intensity drill pipes and irregularity capacity: 35,000 Metric Tons.

Steel pipe resistance reducing internal coating production line: coating 1,800,000 SQM and coating length 8-13meter, diameter406-1420mm all kinds of steel pipes.

Pipe outside coating production line for diameter: 219-1420mm, thickness4-26.2mm, length8-13meter, capacity 1,500,000SQM annually.

c) Sucker Rod Pump, control system and equipment, passed API 11E.
