Rock phosphate dryer working principle:
The rock phosphate dryer is the cylinder of little tilt and rotatable. The wet material enters in from upper part of one end, and dry material is collected from lower part of the other end; the hot air enters from feed end or discharge end and discharges from the upper part of the other end. There is regular way shoveling plate, making the material up and down continuously in the process of the barrel rotation and contact with the hot air fully to raise the drying effect and keep the material moving forward.
Rock phosphate dryer features:
Rock phosphate dryer moisture evaporative power is 30-80kg/m3.h which change with the hot air temperature and the material moisture property. The heat efficiency is 40%-70%. It is of stable and reliable running, no quick-wear part, and long service life and is widely used.
Rock phosphate dryer application:
1. From the type of raw material, it can be used for drying of centrifugal dehydration filter cake, press filter cake, and the free-pouring powder, particle, platy and fiber.
2. From the material application range, rock phosphate dryer is widely used in building material, quartz ore, iron power, rock phosphate, chemical products (cement factory), fertilizer, compound fertilizer, organic powder, forage, pot-ale, sprayed concrete bran, starch slag, corn grit and bean dregs and fruit residue.
