With lots of large-scale specialized equipment, such as grinder and lathe, we also own advanced heat  treatment plant.   Our induction hardening equipment and hardening machine are the most advanced equipments at present in China, suitable to produce Gardner Denver duplex pump hardened steel liners of which the inner bores are processed by quenching, for example: FY-FXD7-1/2×10       FC-FXX5×8       FD-FXX5×10     FG-FXG5×6 and so on.  When we produce hardened steel liners of these pump models, the  inner bores' carburizing layer hardened thickness reaches 1.5-1.8mm and hardness reaches 58-60RC.
