Instructions
1. Bend the metal chip a few times to activate heating before use;

2. For second use, please put the solid hot pack in the boiling water stay 2-3 minutes and minor microwave oven with medium power for 1 minutes.It will turn to liquid again .Different size/weight stay the boiling water or microwave oven in different time ,pls control the time .
